Booking should be done only on and refunds should be made ONLY on the preferred station of ORIGIN/DEPARTURE.
Each passenger shall be entitled to a hand carry baggage of not exceeding TWENTY (20) KILOS. Excessive baggage shall be subject to additional freight charge. VTCI reserves the right to transfer said baggage to another bus when the need arises.
You the passenger will proceed to the bus terminal on the date of the trip not later than ONE (1) HOUR before scheduled departure time.
You must present your online reservation stub to VTCI management upon boarding the bus on their scheduled trip. Otherwise the same shall be forfeited in favor of the management unless the holder exercises his/her right to board another bus within the day but in a lesser right as a chance passenger.
In case of online reservation stub holder’s arrival after scheduled time of departure, TWENTY PERCENT (20%) of the fare paid shall be charged to passenger as penalty. But if the holder does not arrive within TWENTY FOUR (24) HOURS of his/her reservation then the reservation is forfeited.
After boarding the bus and you the passenger discontinues their trip, the fare paid shall be forfeited.
Booking is valid only on the preferred trip.
VTCI management shall not be held responsible for any loss or delay arising out of non-presentation of this stub.
Should the holder hereof incur delay, VTCI management shall not be held liable for whatever inconvenience caused to the former.
In case of force majeure (Acts of God or of Nature such as riots, civil disturbance, earthquake, typhoon, fire, flood and other natural calamities) or unavoidable circumstances such as traffic, rerouting, government projects, security reasons, health and safety concerns, and the like, VTCI has the right to refund the ticket solely at management’s discretion.
The first row seats shall be vacated in favor of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) and Senior Citizens as reserved for them by law.
VTCI reserves the right to REFUSE confirmed booking for valid reasons which include but are not limited to: violating the terms and conditions found on this stub; attempting to load or bring illegal substances, or items into the bus.
Carriage of pets or animals is subject to LTFRB MC No. 2019-019
Only the named and signed stub holder may be entertained in case of refund after presenting a valid or subsisting government ID.
This is online reservation stub is non transferrable unless otherwise requested by the holder and approved by VTCI.
Any court action arising from this Reservation Stub must be filed in the City of Manila to the exclusion of any other courts.
